Viive is CEO and founder of Alfa-Omega Communications since 2002. She has a Master of Arts Degree from University of Nebraska Lincoln, USA and diploma in Industrial Design from Tallinn Art University. Before Alfa-Omega Communications she worked for 3.5 years in International PR company Hill & Knowlton. Viive was Director for ELS Center and a consultant in European Commission Delegation to Estonia. Viive is President of Estonian Master’s Club, member of Tallinn International Rotary Club and Board Member of Tallinn Technology and Science Center.
Priit has graduated with BA degree in Public Relations from Tartu University Institute of Journalism and Communication. He has been involved with various public sector projects, including European Figure Skating Championships in 2010 and Estonian Citizen Society Week back in 2011. Priit has as well worked and lived in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom – thereby gaining valuable experience in different fields.
Mart has previously worked as a Communication Manager in Estonian Union for Child Welfare (EUCW) for four years, so he has vast knowledge of how NGOs work in Estonia. He has been in charge of social media for EUCW and its domains. In Alfa-Omega he has worked with clients like ICT Week, W.EG. Eesti, Ministry of Education and Science, Estonian Tourism Board (Enterprise Estonia) etc. Mart has studied journalism in Tallinn University and has worked as a journalist, radio reporter (for Kuku radio) and radio show host for more than five years.
Gretel has graduated with BA degree in Public Relations from Tallinn University Institute of Communication. During the university years Gretel did her practice in Swedbank, managing social media and internal communication. Gretel discovered her interest in Public Relations and media work in high school, where she was the vice-president of Student Council and had to organize school’s public events.
